“I started Tavan on a simple belief: businesses deserve software built with real care — and a team that's still there long after launch.”
Jaber's path to Tavan wasn't a straight line through code — a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, a background in military and protective services, and years leading operations in the insurance industry. What stuck across all of it was the same lesson: complex work succeeds or fails on process, accountability, and having people who actually show up.
That's the discipline behind Tavan. Jaber leads strategy and operations; the people building your product are senior specialists who work directly with you — no account-manager layers, no hand-offs into the void. Alongside Tavan, he also serves as CEO of 780bime, an insurance sales aggregator.

Twenty years on the business side of heavy industry, where a good deal is one that still holds up long after it's signed.
Mostafa has spent more than two decades in commercial management and business development across oil and gas, petrochemicals, mining, energy, and metals — leading sales, sourcing, and supply chains for both domestic and international trade.
He has negotiated technology-transfer agreements with manufacturers in France, Denmark, and Italy, and run the contracts, banking, customs, and logistics behind large industrial supply deals. He holds an MBA in strategy and a B.Sc. in electrical engineering, both from the University of Tehran.
